The Elisa Millett Memorial Cup

The Louisville Ice Cardinals House League Hockey Championship trophy honors the late Dr. Elisa Millett. Elisa was the Director of House League Hockey from 2011 through 2022. Additionally, she served in several positions on the Louisville Ice Cardinals Hockey Club Board of Directors and served as team Manager for several U-14, U-16, U-18 and Louisville Metro High School Hockey teams. Her sons Andy and Will progressed all the way through Louisville Youth hockey, competing from the 8U House league through High School Hockey. Elisa was a talented periodontic dental surgeon and fought a seven-year battle with cancer. She passed away in August of 2022.
