Manager Mentoring Program

The Louisville Ice Cardinals program is lucky enough to have some of the best team managers in the sport. We appreciate all that they do to support our travel teams and know that much of the season could not be accomplished without them.

The Manager Mentoring Program exists to provide them with a network of support throughout the season. New managers are given the training and tools they need to be successful year after year. Returning managers have the opportunity to easily connect with other managers and offer insights and tips/tricks to the group.
