Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Try Hockey For Free (THFF)

This program is free to all participants.

Learn to Play (L2P)

Refunds will not be granted as costs for ice time, jerseys, and other fees are based on registrations. There will be no prorated fee for any missed sessions.

8U Mites

There is no proration of any portion of the player’s fees due to participation in another sport and/or activity that conflict with the current season. The Parent shall be responsible to pay the entire Player’s fee. There will be no refund of any portion of the player’s fees and the Parent shall remain responsible to pay the entire Player’s fee even if, after execution of this Agreement, the Player withdraws from the Club for any reason, including injury. The Board reserves the right to deviate from this policy under circumstances that in its sole discretion it finds extraordinary and compelling. Parent and Player understand that the Club will not issue a Release to any Player whose Parent has outstanding financial obligations to the Club.

Girls Hockey

There is no proration of any portion of the player’s fees due to participation in another sport and/or activity that conflict with the current season. The Parent shall be responsible to pay the entire Player’s fee. There will be no refund of any portion of the player’s fees and the Parent shall remain responsible to pay the entire Player’s fee even if, after execution of this Agreement, the Player withdraws from the Club for any reason, including injury. The Board reserves the right to deviate from this policy under circumstances that in its sole discretion it finds extraordinary and compelling. Parent and Player understand that the Club will not issue a Release to any Player whose Parent has outstanding financial obligations to the Club.

There will be no refund of any portion of the player’s fees and the Parent shall remain responsible to pay the entire Player’s fee even if, after execution of this Agreement, the Player withdraws from the Club for any reason, including injury.
