KAIHA and its Director of Hockey, Louie Abounader, are pleased to introduce a new spring/summer travel tournament program! Team Kentucky is set to begin its inaugural season this April, and we are very excited to invite young hockey players from across the great state of Kentucky and surrounding regions for the exclusive opportunity!
Age Groups
Team Kentucky will be downsizing to two age groups in 2026. The level of competition for these teams will be announced for each individual tournament roster using the head coach's discretion. Birth years will be in line with the upcoming 2026 - 27 season.
14U - 2012 - 2013
18U - 2008 - 2011

Pricing
5 Tournaments – $1,000
4 Tournaments – $850
3 Tournaments – $675
2 Tournaments – $500
1 Tournament – $300
Practice Player – $150
The price includes a game jersey & socks and one practice session during a tournament week.
Team dues will be collected once the final rosters are announced after tryouts.
Tryouts
The tryout fee is $25. All tryout sessions will be held on March 28, from 8:30 - 10:30a, in the following order:
14U — 8:30 - 9:30am
18U — 9:30 - 10:30am
